Once it's shipped, Royal Mail 'aim' to deliver within:
2-4 working days within the UK
5-7 working days within Europe
7-10 working days everywhere else

Returns and exchange details
Contact me with in 14 days of receiving your purchase. I want you to be happy with the product so for successful exchanges or refunds, items must come back unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition. If for any reason I can't fix the item, it will be replaced. I must receive any returned item before a replacement is sent out or refund issued. I am willing to pay shipping one way so upon receiving the returned item I will refund your original shipping charges paid out.
WRONG ADDRESS: If upon checkout you provide a wrong home address I am not responsible for replacing your purchase. Please be sure when checking out to review the ship to address and make sure all the information is up to date and correct.

Was an absolute pleasure dealing with Victoria from start to finish, she was quick to respond to my questions about several items I was interested in purchasing. Delivery was very quick and came packaged well (no need to be concerned with items getting damaged during shipping). I was excited to see what Victoria made and I was blown away at how nice the Cashmere (very high quality) Beanie and snood looked. They were perfect and you can tell immediately that Victoria paid very careful attention to detail when making these items. They are beyond perfect and I am not exaggerating. I am already thinking of making yet another purchase. These are definitely high end quality Cashmere items. I will definitely deal with Victoria again in the future I have no doubt.
