All my items are my own design so if you like to be unique then this is definitely the place to be! Designed and handmade in Hampshire, England.
This lovely smart mini snood is made from a beautifully light and super soft pure cashmere yarn 80% and 20% mohair which adds that slight fluffy look. It is hand knitted on circular needles meaning there is no seam for added comfort & measures approximately 16 inches in circumference and just under 8 inches in depth to fit snugly around the neck without creating bulk under a coat. It can be worn unfolded to give complete neck coverage or folded as in the pictures to give the effect of a polar neck. Can be worn independently just as a neck collar accessory or as a small neck warmer.
Fabulous for being practical plus adding a touch of style to any outfit. They also make lovely gifts and will be delivered with tags attached and wrapped in white tissue.

Once your order has been placed, it will be shipped within the number of days stated on each individual listing.
Once it's shipped, Royal Mail 'aim' to deliver within:
2-4 working days within the UK
5-7 working days within Europe
7-10 working days everywhere else
Please note: these are guideline delivery times and cannot be guaranteed especially during these Covid-19 times. During the busy pre Thanks Giving & Christmas period the number of days to deliver can be significantly higher so please order in plenty of time. In addition, if you are overseas, custom hold ups could delay delivery of your order for up to 4 to 6 weeks. This is out of my control. Royal Mail won't consider anything lost until it's been 60 days, so please bear with me should this happen.
All orders valued over £20 are sent 'tracked' or 'tracked & signed for' and tracking details can be found on your despatch notification so you can monitor your parcels progress.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Contact me with in 14 days of receiving your purchase. I want you to be happy with the product so for successful exchanges or refunds, items must come back unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition. If for any reason I can't fix the item, it will be replaced. I must receive any returned item before a replacement is sent out or refund issued. I am willing to pay shipping one way so upon receiving the returned item I will refund your original shipping charges paid out.
WRONG ADDRESS: If upon checkout you provide a wrong home address I am not responsible for replacing your purchase. Please be sure when checking out to review the ship to address and make sure all the information is up to date and correct.
