Once your order has been placed, it will be shipped within the number of days stated on each individual listing.
Once it's shipped, Royal Mail 'aim' to deliver within:
2-4 working days within the UK
5-7 working days within Europe
7-10 working days everywhere else
Please note: these are guideline delivery times and cannot be guaranteed especially during these Covid-19 times. During the busy pre Thanks Giving & Christmas period the number of days to deliver can be significantly higher so please order in plenty of time. In addition, if you are overseas, custom hold ups could delay delivery of your order for up to 4 to 6 weeks. This is out of my control. Royal Mail won't consider anything lost until it's been 60 days, so please bear with me should this happen.
All orders valued over £20 are sent 'tracked' or 'tracked & signed for' and tracking details can be found on your despatch notification so you can monitor your parcels progress.

Contact me with in 14 days of receiving your purchase. I want you to be happy with the product so for successful exchanges or refunds, items must come back unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition. If for any reason I can't fix the item, it will be replaced. I must receive any returned item before a replacement is sent out or refund issued. I am willing to pay shipping one way so upon receiving the returned item I will refund your original shipping charges paid out.
WRONG ADDRESS: If upon checkout you provide a wrong home address I am not responsible for replacing your purchase. Please be sure when checking out to review the ship to address and make sure all the information is up to date and correct.

The cashmere yarn I bought was exactly what I was looking for. It was a bit over due and I wanted to make sure it was still on its way. I contacted Victoria, who responded immediately, and explained that whilst she wasn’t able to track internationally that if it hadn’t arrived in a few days she would gladly send more. It arrived, of course, that afternoon. It was probably late because of the ice storm we had in the NC mountains. I gave 5 stars on shipping since it was fine especially considering circumstances beyond anyone’s control.

The cashmere yarn comes in a nice selection of colors and the pictures are representative of what I received. As I had hoped when I purchased, I was able to blend two yarns to mend my sweater. Because I was already paying for the international shipping, I bought a second bundle to match others in my wardrobe, should they need repair. I’m glad I did because I’m very pleased with the quality and value for price. Victoria responds promptly to inquiries. She shipped immediately. Everything was well packaged and professionally presented. I would not hesitate to recommend her shop.
